Refunds
No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given. If a refund is requested one week or longer prior to a program starting, a refund will be given minus the administrative charge of $25. If there is a medical reason for withdrawing from a program when it is in progress, the administrative charge is owed and the refund is pro-rated.
