Adult Morning Swim - Adult Morning Swim- January 2026
The Adult Morning is offered to adults who reside in the towns of the Shepaug Valley Regional School District #12 (Bridgewater, Roxbury, and Washington). The hours to 5:30am-7:15am at Shepaug Valley School, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There will be no entry after 7:00 a.m. Swimmers must exit the pool by 7:15am and the building by 7:30. Pool Closures follow the Shepaug calendar and cancellations. The cost is $25 per month. Payments can be made in person or online.All swimmers need to fill out a morning swim waiver. Waivers can be printed off this website or picked up at the Parks and Recreation Office at the Senior Center/Legion Hall.**Swimmers must exit the building by 7:30a.m. **

**New Days & Times**PICKLE BALLWEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS 7:30-9pmSundays 5-6:30pm Thursdays & Sundays ~ Intermediate/AdvancedWednesdays ~ Beginner(intermediate can only sign up if spots are available; must call office for approval) Please note: No Pickle Ball Dec. 24th, 25th & Jan 1st** There is no Pickleball on school closures or early dismissals due to inclement weather.
Play the game of pickleball, a fun sport that combines tennis, badminton, and ping-pong! We welcome all levels. Equipment is available to borrow and instruction is on hand if needed.
You must register online to play. We will max each session at 14 players.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED**If Beginner Session (Wednesday) does not fill, others are invited to fill spots. Must call P&R office for approval before registering to fill open space.**Call office if you are registered but can't attend ~ Please give as much notice as possible**
Please sign up for only one session per day ~ To find out if there are openings available and to be added to the wait list, you must call or email Parks & Rec prior to arriving. No walk-ins allowed. $5 PER PERSON/PER CLASS
