We welcome all levels. Equipment is available to borrow and instruction is on hand if needed. You must register online to play. The Adult Morning is offered to adults who reside in the towns of the Shepaug Valley Regional School District #12 (Bridgewater, Roxbury, and Washington). The hours to 5:30am-7:15am at Shepaug Valley School, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There will be no entry after 7:00 a.m.  Swimmers must exit the pool by 7:15am and the building by 7:30.  Pool Closures follow the Shepaug calendar and cancellations. The cost is $25 per month. Payments can be made in person or online.All swimmers need to fill out a morning swim waiver. Waivers can be printed off this website or picked up at the Parks and Recreation Office at the Senior Center/Legion Hall.**Swimmers must exit the building by 7:30a.m. ** ** Please note~ Students are not able to participate; please contact the athletic director for times when the pool is available for students.    When: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday   Time: 5:30- 7:15   Where: Shepaug Valley School   Cost: $25 per month
